Shipping

We ship to Canada using reputable couriers. Flat rate shipping for Alberta is $12, and $16 for the rest of Canada. Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $105, after discounts & not including taxes.  

Unfortunately due to the current uncertainties surrounding tariffs, we are unable to ship to the USA at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Orders that require shipping will be sent out within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.  If you require it sooner, please reach out as we can usually accommodate a rushed order. Unfortunately shipping delays may occur that are out of our control.  We are not responsible for stolen or lost items, or packages that are delivered to the wrong address.  

We offer free local pick-up in Calgary, Alberta. Select the "Local Pick-up" option at checkout.  Pick-up instructions will be emailed once order is ready for pick-up.

We offer tracked local delivery to Calgary and some surrounding areas through Trexity. This option can be selected at checkout.  Delivery fee is calculated based on address.

Returns & Exchanges

If you require a return or exchange of your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.*  You can contact us here.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for unused items in their original packaging.*  Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred while returning the item.  Returns and exchanges are processed on a case to case basis, please contact us before returning any items.
